Pool care or "Housekeeping" is mandatory to keep the pool and related equipment in safe, good working order and to keep the pool clean.  Some pool owners choose to take care of the pool themselves and other owners prefer to have us perform routine Route Service for them.

Routine maintenance includes:

bulletFilter backwashing and cleaning
bulletSkimmer and pump basket cleaning
bulletMaintaining pool water level
bulletClean pool coping and deck
bulletClean grease and oils from skimmer wells

bulletInspect pumps, filters and heaters for leaks or other problems
bulletTest electrical safety equipment
bulletFill & service automatic chlorinators
bulletClean & inspect automatic pool cleaners
bulletEmpty pool cleaner bags
bulletCheck & adjust water temperature
bulletCleaning and inspecting pool ladders, steps, hand rails, diving boards and slides

These procedures apply to inground swimming pools and may vary from system to system.  Expert Pool & Spa, Inc. does not sell or service aboveground pools and these procedures do not apply to most aboveground pools.
