As you can imagine, with a web site as extensive as ours, we receive a lot of phone calls from people all around the world who do not use our FORUM on this web site to ask their question. It is very frustrating when I am working on a customers pool or spa and someone from out of state calls me for an answer to their question and I am in the middle of a service call. I have tried to point out on the web site in several places, that we do not provide free telephone consultation, and to please post your questions on the FORUM area on the web site but some people still call us on the telephone. As a result, I have added several of these pages to the site to make it clear to those people not in our service area, that we do NOT provide free telephone consultation and that if you call and have not paid a service call, we will NOT answer your question.
