Wasps

Our diving board has a wasp nest located in the space between board and base, could this be causing an electrical problem with pool lighting. this is quite a colony, and not sure who to call to address problem.

The wasps will have nothing to do with any electrical service on your pool. A can of Raid wasp spray should do the trick... You can wrap the entire diving board and base with plastic then spray the wasp spray in there and that will keep the wasps from flying out mad and trying to sting you and the spray treatment will be more effective!
