i have a 1038 gal spa i had a algae problem as that subsided i now am having a problem with my ph level going up rapidley goes from 7.4 to8.2 with in 8 hrs and my cl goes down from 3.0 to .5 in same time frame i tryed water conditioner does nothing to help the spa to stablize please help

If the pH is raissing by itself, it is probably from bather load. Conditioner does nothing for the pH, Is is for sanitizer. Alkalinity is a buffer for pH and helps the pH resist sudden changes...
