How often should I bring in a sample for a complete Computerized Testing & Analysis?

Different people tell you different things, but it mainly relates to the amount of use the pool gets, the weather, your own personal ability and whether the pool or spa is problematic or not.
During winter, once a month is generally fine unless you're having problems, summertime if you're having heavy loads then you might want to get it done once a week. Problems during summer might need you to have them done twice a week or more if you don't feel comfortable with testing yourself.

Take your sample in a couple of times a year, unless you are having problems. Computerized Testing = Chemical Sales for the dealer...

Actually there are test kits available which can tell you everything you need to know about your water. Taking it to a dealer gives them the opportunity to sell you chemicals.

Metals in the water are the big thing they will test for usually, and other than that, you can test for everything else.
