enzyme base chemicals

Postby shyr_15 on Fri May 19, 2006 5:05 pm

a new line of enzyme based swimming pool chemicals has recently been introduced to the pool industry. These all-natural swimming pool products break down harmful organics present in swimming pool water using enzymes, instead of harsh chemicals traditionally used for this purpose. These helpful pool enzymes have no affect on swimmers, and are completely safe to store and handle.

what enzyme based chemicals are recommended for use?since enzymes eat up and break down all organic material in the pool water, can this be used as pool stain remover?

Natural Chemistry makes a complete line of enzyme products. They can remove stains but very slowly over time. We use it in our weekly service pools and it works well against water line build up, grease and oils in the filter and in the skimmers and also against water line rings.

Could these enzyme chemicals be used in a spa system? Or would there be no point?
